TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

- Please do not attempt to haggle down the price.- My work is for personal/private use only, I do not allow any commercial use of my works.- Please have your payment ready at hand; you must pay in full within 24 hours or pay 50/50 while it's in progress.- As the artist, I maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the works on my socials and adding them as a part of my portfolio.- Make sure to credit me if you post the commissioned piece (@Yenccubus) or a link going back to one of my socials.- I do not do holds on slots.- Do understand that I can refuse your order if I don't feel comfortable or i'm not able to work on it.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS

- I only accept Paypal invoices/friends&family (USD) or GCash(Php)- I will send you the sketch for double-checking and if you want to change things. Once that is done, I will proceed with lineart, coloring, and finishing touches.- Turnaround time will depend on the complexity of the order, the usual TAT is 2-3 days or 1 week. Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.- I can send the finished product via Gmail, Messenger, Twitter, Instagram or Discord.- Cancelled orders will be arranged with a cancellation fee.- I do not allow chargebacks or Paypal disputes; for any issue or if you'd like to discuss about a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concerns you may have.- Do not be afraid to ask me about your commission status or WIPS.
